Hola como estan este Domingo de cuarentena? Espero que bien, y si estan bajonados no se preocupen, hay muchas cosas que puedes hacer para sentirte un poco mejor y ocupar tu mente. La mayor razon por la cual dan los bajones es por que tu mente esta piense y piense, por que no tienes algo en que ocuparla. Todos tenemos nuestros bajones y pueden durar horas, dias, semanas o meses dependiendo de cada quien. A mi me pasa mas en fin de semana que recuerdo las cosas que hacia o las personas con las que estaba pero ya no. Les dire algunas cosas que a mi me ayudan para alegrarme un poco y dejar de estar triste. (No soy psicologa ni pretendo serlo, siempre es mejor buscar ayuda profesional).
1. Arreglate mujer
Yo se que no tenemos a donde ir o a donde salir y aveces todo el dia nos quedamos en pijamas, pero en realidad eso afecta nuestro estado de animo. Claro que no pasa nada si un dia quieres andar todo el dia de floja y en pijamas, pero todos los dias ya nos afecta un poco el animo. Ponte una blusa bonita, estrena algo que no habias usado o que compraste online hace poco y maquillate poquito, veras como te sentiras mejor!
2. Ejercicio
Este es mi favorito de todos y el mas efectivo por que liberas endorfinas. Hacer ejercicio ocupa tu mente mientras trabajas por tu cuerpo y lo mantienes en movimiento, claro que mejorar tu cuerpo fisicamente es un plus. Los dias que tengas mucha ansiedad o energia o no puedas dormir haz un poco de ejercicio o movimiento de lo que sea, hasta puedes ponerte a saltar y bailar frente al espejo. Tambien algo que puedes intentar si no te gusta tanto saltar o el ejercicio pesado es el yoga, te relaja muchisimo y desestresa tu mente. Tambien es muy importante descansar bien y alimentarte bien para poder hacer ejercicio, escucha tu cuerpo, el te dira cuando es necesario descansar. 3. Cocina
Esta van a decir ay tipico que todo mundo se anda creyendo chef, y pues que tiene? La verdad es que te relaja, te pone a hacer algo y al final tienes algo rico de comer! Te puedes poner a buscar tus recetas favoritas o algun pastel que te llame la attencion y te va a distraer un buen rato, intentalo!
4. Aprende algo nuevo
Para ejercitar un poco tu cerebro puedes aprender algo nuevo! A mi me encanta aprender idiomas nuevos y eso es lo que yo me pongo a estudiar. Tambien puedes tomar cursos o talleres en linea de el tema que sea de tu interes. Igual puedes estudiar para tus clases del proximo semestre, eso te ayuda mucho aun que suene aburrido.
5. Escribe
Una vez una amiga me dijo que hiciera cartas y escribiera todo lo que siento cuando algo me pasa y wow vaya consejo, me ha ayudado muchisimo a tener un mejor control de mis emociones en lugar de explotar y querer pelear con medio mundo solo por lo que siento. Este fue el mejor consejo que recibi de una amiga (ily amix) y hasta la fecha lo sigo usando. Cada vez que algo me preocupa o me hace querer llorar lo escribo en una cartita y la guardo, despues de hacer eso me siento mil veces mejor. Puedes hacer un diario tambien, depende de tus preferencias!
6. Da una vuelta
Claro que no podemos salir, pero puedes salir solo en tu carro. A mi me ayuda muchisimo cuando estoy fastidiada o siento la mente bloqueada ir a dar vueltas en el carro, escuchando musica yo sola. De verdad que esto se siente como una terapia literal, regreso con la mente mas clara y menos ansiedad.
7. Cuida tu piel
Algo mega basico y que te levanta el animo en 1 segundo es ponerte una mascarilla (nieguenmelo)! Si estas fastidiada un dia, sin ganas de hacer nada ponte una mascarilla en el pelo, metete a bañar y cuando salgas haces todo un spa day. Te puedes poner mascarillas, aceites, cremas, hacerte masajes faciales, manicure, pedicure y una infinidad de cosas. Creo que toda niña se siente mejor con esto, y los niños tambien lo pueden hacer.
8. Pasea a tu perro
Ok esto no es opcional, los perros se deben de sacar a pasear si o si. Si se puede salir al parque a dar una vuelta a tu perro con mascarilla y con precaucion, si ves que hay mucha gente entonces preferible que no, pero si hay muy poca gente y todos guardando susana distancia entonces no hay problema segun lo que yo entiendo.
9. Deja un poco las redes
Aveces nos puede afectar estar demasiado tiempo metidos en el celular viendo la gente que aparenta tener mejor vida que nosotros pero recuerden, nadie tiene una vida perfecta y todos tenemos problemas. No juzguen por que nunca sabemos por lo que alguien esta pasando.
10. Escucha un podcast
Puedes pensar, ay que flojera estar escuchando alguien hablar pero no musica, pero la verdad es muy divertido. Cuando encuentras un podcast de algun tema que te gusta, va con tu vida o que solo te llamo la atencion, lo vas a escuchar y te vas a entretener un buen rato, lo prometo! Mis favoritos son los de Martha Debayle.
En fin, hay muchas cosas que puedes hacer para ocupar tu mente y dejar de sentirte en ese estado de bajon, y aun que sientan que no se puede se los prometo que si. Si se sienten solos platiquen con un amigo o hagan una videollamada con personas que extrañen! Es diferente estar solo a sentir soledad.

1. Get dressed
I know we have nowhere to go and sometimes we stay in pajamas all day long, but in reality that really affects our mood. Of course, nothing happens if one day you want to be lazy all day and in pajamas, but doing that every day affects us a little. Put on a nice blouse, use something you haven't used or that you bought online recently and put on a little makeup, you will see how you will feel better!
2. Exercise
This is my favorite of all and the most effective because you release endorphins. Exercising occupies your mind while you work for your body and keep it moving, of course, improving your body physically is a plus. On days when you have a lot of anxiety or energy or cannot sleep, do a little exercise or movement of whatever, you can even jump and dance in front of the mirror. Also something you can try is yoga if you do not like jumping so much or heavy exercise, it relaxes you a lot and de-stresses your mind. It is also very important to rest well and eat well to be able to exercise, listen to your body, it will tell you when it is necessary to rest.
3. Cooking
This you might think is a little boring, but the truth is that it relaxes you, makes you do something and in the end you have something delicious to eat! You can start looking for your favorite recipes or some dessert that catches your attention and it will distract you for a while, try it!
4. Learn something new
To exercise your brain a little you can learn something new! I love learning new languages and that is what I start to study. You can also take online courses or workshops on the subject that interests you. You can also study for your next semester classes, that helps you a lot even if it sounds boring.
5. Write
Once a friend told me to make letters and write everything I feel and when something happens to me and wow what advice, it has helped me a lot to have better control of my emotions instead of blowing up and wanting to fight with half the world just for what i feel. This was the best advice I received from a friend (ily amix) and to this day I still use it. Every time something worries me or makes me want to cry, I write it in a little letter and put it away. After doing that, I feel a thousand times better. You can make a diary too, it depends on your preferences!
6. Take a ride
Of course we can't go out, but you can go out in your car. It helps me a lot when I am annoyed or I feel my mind blocked going around in the car, listening to music by myself. This really feels like literal therapy, I come back with a clearer mind and less anxiety.
7. Take care of your skin
Something mega basic and that lifts your spirits in 1 second is to put on a face mask (deny it to me)! If you are annoyed one day, without wanting to do anything, put a mask on your hair, go take a shower and when you get out you do a whole spa day. You can put on masks, oils, creams, do facials, manicures, pedicures and a lot of other things. I think every girl feels better after doing this, and boys can too.
8. Walk your dog
Ok this is not optional, dogs should be taken for a walk yes or yes. You can go out to the park to walk your dog with a mask and with caution, if you see that there are many people then it is better not to, but if there are very few people and everyone is keeping their distance then there is no problem according to what I understand.
9. Leave social media a little
Sometimes it can affect us being on the phone for too long seeing people who appear to have better lives than us but remember, nobody has a perfect life and we all have problems. Don't judge because we never know what someone is going through.
10. Listen to a podcast
You can think, oh, it's boring to be listening to someone talk but not music, but the truth is it's very funny. When you find a podcast of a topic that you like, goes with your life or that caught your attention, you will listen to it and you will entertain yourself.good time, i promise! My favorites are Martha Debayle's.
In the end, there are many things you can do to occupy your mind and stop feeling in that down state, and even if you feel that you cannot, I promise you that you will. If you are alone, talk to a friend or make a video call with people you miss! It is different to be alone than to feel lonely.
